Anyone who wears contact lenses, has sensitive eyes or extremely oily eyelids will tell you it's a PITA* to wear eyeliner. Even when something is labeled as smudgeproof or waterproof, there is still a chance of getting racoon eyes.
I'm one of those people. Which is why I am loyal to liquid or gel eyeliner. However, I do get tired of the graphic eyeliner style and yearn for a look that can only be created using a pencil liner.

Since the formula is soft, its easy to apply and won't tug the skin. True to enough, this is waterproof and long-lasting. After eight hours of wear, its still visible on my waterline. Not one second did I feel any discomfort from wearing this product.
Of course that also means that this will put up a fight when its time to remove your makeup. I had a difficult time removing this with my Bioderma cleansing water and had better luck with the NARS Gentle Oil-Free Makeup Remover or my Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil.
This, for me, is heaven sent since its kind to my eyes but has amazing staying power!
